Volunteers Needed at Prom Shop

Project Self-Sufficiency is seeking volunteers to assist teens with selecting gowns and accessories at the agency’s “Sister-to-Sister” Prom Shop.  The popular event displays hundreds of new and gently used prom dresses, wraps, shoes, and accessories in a boutique-like setting on the agency’s campus, 127 Mill Street, Newton, NJ.  Volunteer hours are available 2:00 – 6:00 p.m., March 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, April 4th, 5th, and 6th, as well as 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., April 2nd.  Volunteers must be over the age of 21 and vaccinated against Covid-19; candidates are invited to register online or call Project Self-Sufficiency at 973-940-3500.
