Local teens have the opportunity to win gift cards for free manicures or an updo at Salon Eclipse in Lafayette just by attending Project Self-Sufficiency’s “Sister-to-Sister” Prom Shop. The popular event offers new and gently used prom dresses, wraps, shoes, and accessories in a boutique-like setting on the agency’s campus, 127 Mill Street, Newton, NJ. Shopping is available by appointment; interested patrons are invited to call 973-940-3500 to set up a time to select a gown. Gift cards will be drawn on Friday, May 13th and winners will be notified immediately. Donations of gowns and accessories will be accepted at Project Self-Sufficiency, Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 3:00 p.m., for the duration of the prom shop. For information about the Sister-to-Sister Prom Shop, or to find out more about any of the programs at Project Self-Sufficiency, call 973-940-3500, or visit www.projectselfsufficiency.org.
